Is Everything a Political Propaganda?
Finally....after a long break I am back. This time I am here to discuss about something which has taken over all the news agencies in this country, something which has forced a common man to think "Is everything just a political propaganda in this country?" Many of us usually pass our views on the government while just chilling and laying comfortably on our sofas. We forward messages to people without even trying to find out whether they are actually true or not. Now imagine thousands of people passing or forwarding the same message and that message is later proven to be fake. But what will it lead to? It will only lead to hatred and violence.
Obviously this spreads discomfort in the society. And this is the time when the political parties and leaders come into the picture. They try to manipulate the situation according to their own convenience. They then use it as a weapon to become the people's messiah and use it as a political propaganda. Lets take the current situation of 'Farmer Bill'. Now the conflict here is between the government and the farmers which can be easily resolved after some more rounds of talks. The media too can help to sought out this problem quite easily. But what is it rather doing? Everyday they are showing "BJP vs Opposition: Who wins?"
Not only the media and the opposition but also the government should understand the farmers' problem. I mean we are taught that the Indian government is the PEOPLE'S GOVERMENT right? Then why isn't the government understanding the problem of the people itself?
There is something ironic about our country's situation right now. On one hand we call it a developing country and on the other hand we lost thousands of farmers, hundreds of Nirbhayas and the GDP is crashing.
All i want to say is that we as youth are now tired of witnessing every social issue being regarded as a means to earn votes.
The roles now need to be changed.
